Hot off the press – Mark Jewell

It has been three very busy, but exciting weeks since we launched Providence and the response has exceeded our expectations in every way, with many expressions of interest regarding Western Australia’s first rental lifestyle community.

The first one of its kind in Western Australia, this exciting new development is proving to sit well with a market of like-minded people wanting to downsize and live a more simplified life, whilst enjoying the full benefits of a secure community environment.

As suspected when we launched Providence, many people would love to rent rather than buy, thereby using their hard-earned cash to fund a lifestyle asset rather than a home purchase.

Providence Development Timeline

We would like to keep you up to date with the progress of this exciting project so that it is easier to plan your life if you are one of the pioneers who wish to embrace this exclusive Providence offering.

We have outlined the timeframes below and the timetable will be updated (in case it changes) each month in the newsletter.

Providence plans to grow

For those of you looking for a home around the metropolitan area, you will also be pleased to hear that there are plans to develop additional Providence Lifestyle Villages close to Ellenbrook and close to the Haynes shopping centre on Armadale road.

We will shortly be holding seminars hosted by Providence founder, John Wood, who will join our architect, Sage Financial Planning, and the wider team to detail the benefits of Providence. At the same time, John will be offering Early Bird Bonuses for those of you who would like to be one of the first to secure your home and lot.

Seats at the seminars will be limited, so I encourage you to register online or give me a call to book your place. Remember there are only 80 – one, two and three bedroom homes available, so make sure you get in early so as not to miss out!

As always, please feel free to call me on 0411 497 111 or email me at any time to discuss your needs and any questions you might have.

Have a great day!
