There’s a wonderful sense of momentum building at Mandurah Lifestyle Resort as we continue to bring this vibrant coastal Resort to life. The internal civil works for Stages 1 and 2 are now complete, and works on the estate wall are nearing completion.
Infrastructure upgrades are also progressing, with the Riverside Drive upgrade now underway. The final bitumen works are scheduled for completion in April, to be followed by the finishing touches of the entry landscaping, which will create a beautiful welcome for Homeowners and guests alike.
We’re also thrilled to celebrate a major milestone, welcoming our very first Homeowner in December! This marks an exciting new chapter for Mandurah community, and we couldn’t be happier to see our vision beginning to take shape.
Looking ahead, the Clubhouse design is nearing completion, and construction is set to commence in the new year, bringing another fantastic amenity to life for our growing Resort family.
