Exciting progress continues at our Mandurah community, with key milestones taking shape across the development.
Stage 1 home construction is nearing completion, while Stage 2 is already well underway, bringing more homes to life in this growing neighbourhood. The first roads for Stages 1 and 2 have now been poured, setting solid foundations for our new streetscapes.
We’re also pleased to share that the estate wall is nearly complete, adding definition and character to the community’s entrance.
In preparation for our first Homeowners moving in, one of our homes will be delivered as an interim gathering place, offering a welcoming space for residents to connect and build a sense of community from day one. At the same time, foundations have commenced for the permanent community centre, paving the way for a future hub where neighbours can come together, participate in events, and enjoy resort living.
After successfully addressing earlier serviceability challenges to the site, we’re now moving full steam ahead with external works along Pinjarra Road and Riverside Drive, an exciting next step in enhancing access and connectivity for our community.
