With Stages 1 and 2 selling strongly, we’re now incorporating 112 homes into this picturesque space.
The expanded Resort will encompass a conservation wetland and provide direct access to the Serpentine River foreshore.
“In line with this, the design of our Clubhouse has been refined to focus on the beautiful coastal riverine,” Sandra explains.

With the extension finalised, civil works are about to begin and we’re on track to welcome our first homeowners in the second quarter of next year.
